How to reheat steak to make it more tender?

If you store the steak in a fridge then it becomes a little bit hard and it lost its tender. So, when you reheat steak to edible it then the main problem is the steak will be tender or not. To reheat you can use an oven or microwave oven. If you have more time to start dinner or lunch then use the oven. Because reheating in the oven they remain juicy, moist.

Step 1: First you need to heat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit or 121 degrees Celsius

Step 2: Take a baking dish and sturdy wire rack

Step 3: Now place the wire rack inside the dish

Step 4: Select the top rack and place the steak on it

Step 5: Heat the steak until the inside temperature will reach at 110 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 6: Or you can wait for 20 to 25 minutes

Step 7:  During the reheat the steak you can run a stove oven to heat the skillet

Step 8: Heat the skillet on the stove oven with oil or butter. The amount of butter or oil depends on the steak size and how tender the steak you want.

Step 9: After 20 to 25 minutes later or reach 110 degrees Fahrenheit taken out the steak from the oven

Step 10: Place the steak directly from oven to heated skillet

Step 11: Flip the steak every minute and continue it until the steak becomes brown

After both sides become brown that means your steak is ready to eat. But you have to wait at least 5 minutes so that the steak temperature becomes at room temperature otherwise your tongue can be burn.
