No difference means an AA cup, while a 1 inch difference means an A cup, 2 inches means a B cup, 3 inches means a C cup, 4 inches means a D cup, and so on. For example, if your over-bust fullest measurement was 38 and your band size (under-bust measurement plus 3 or 4 inches) was 36, then your bra size is 36B.
