Smoked salmon roses are a simple appetizer with great visual impact. Grease a baking pan and place small leek washers inside. Place the salmon that you have rolled into little roses on each washer. Season with salt, pepper and a liter of white wine, cover the pan with aluminum foil and cook for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. If you cannot give the salmon the shape of a rose, do not worry. You can also simply wrap the individual slices and make small rolls.
Scampi with ham
Just 10 minutes to prepare this second tasty appetizer. Buy some scape already peeled and wrap the tails with slices of raw ham. Stop the slices with a toothpick so that they do not open during cooking. Place the prawns in a baking tray and sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. You have to leave them in the oven for about 5 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. Sprinkle them and arrange them in the dishes with a little of their cooking background.
Cannelloni with ricotta, goat cheese and rocket
In a list of Christmas recipes can never miss the baked pasta. Our version is really easy. For the filling you have to work in a ricotta, goat cheese, rocket and a little milk until you get a cream. Scald your lasagna sheets in boiling salted water, pass them immediately under cold running water and then let them dry on a tea towel. Put a little stuffing in the middle of each sheet and roll it up to form your cannelloni. Meanwhile, read the spaghetti and season them directly in the pan with the clams. Prepare as many sheets of baking paper as your guests are and place them on a deep plate. Caramelized fish with garnish of lentils
Since lentils cannot be removed from the party menus, we suggest a different dish than usual. Prepare your classic soup lentils and in the meantime sauté the garlic in a pan with a little oil. When the garlic is browned, remove it and cook the fish. At the end of cooking add two tablespoons of honey and let it caramelize. Turn off the heat, add salt and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve your caramelized fillet of sea with garnish of lucky lentils. For this dish, you can use the fish you prefer, from plaice to cod up to swordfish.
Mascarpone cream with dried fruit
If the kitchen is not your kingdom, you will have surely bought all the Christmas cakes possible and imaginable. So we suggest a single proposal to serve in small glasses before the roundup of desserts. Our mascarpone cream requires just 20 minutes of preparation. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and mount the latter to snow. In a second bowl whisk the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture becomes frothy. Finally, it incorporates the mascarpone continuing to assemble with an electric whisk. Combine the two compounds and subdivide the cream into many glasses decorating them with dried fruit (hazelnuts, walnuts, caramelized almonds, raisins, pine nuts).
